1) Stress Balls
2) Counselor
3) Yell into your pillow
3) Hold your breath and count to 10
4) Take 10 minutes of quiet time every day

Hope this helps!

relax and listen to some music that you like. watch something funny that you like on tv. laughing will get the stress out. take a nice refreshing bubble bath. do whatever makes you happy and enjoy yourself. =]

You have to find something you enjoy and takes your mind of things. I personally start to bake it relaxes me because it’s me time, I don’t allow anyone into the kitchen then. Nobody likes me stress relieve methods though because I’m getting everyone fat with my desserts. Oh well at least I’m not the one eating them.

If is sweaty don’t pet it, and if its petty don’t sweat it!!! The actual best way to deal with stress is working out, exercising. Seems crazy but it does work. I personnaly drink beer to control mine.

Well you have to relax and talk to someone about what you are feeling and what is wrong with you that might help.

Relax, count to 10, deep breathe. Do something to relieve tension — sports, read a fun book or magazine, watch a favorite TV show or movie, pet the cat, sing, whatever works for you.

Then, in the future, prevent stress build-up by breaking tasks down into smaller “fun-sized” parts. Make a to-do list for each day, and make it your goal to get through the items on your list (don’t make the list too long however).

You need to take a minute and stop what your doing.
Do something for you.
If you can play an instrument pick one up and play around with that.
Breathing exercises: in through the nose out through the mouth.
Yoga is great, you dont have to go to a class. Just do some positions in your room.
Pamper yourself get your nails done, eat some ice cream, or maybe get a massage.

Remember whatever it is your stressing out over will work out.
Be positive take a moment for yourself.

do not go to drugs. they will make you worse. just strech out, and maybe jog a little. relax, and try not to think about what the stresser is. i hope this helps

Anything that you love doing and puts you alone with your own thoughts. When I”m in the zone in that activity, I let my mind do whatever it wants. Sometimes it wanders and other times it races between thoughts. As long as I can hear my self “think”, it therapeutically eases me. The activity can differ as well. Somethings it’s riding my motorcycle down a stretch of quiet roads and other times, it’s playing video games. Some tines it’s slowly polishing my collections of gadgets and other times it’s cleaning out the garage at my own quite pace.
